Dooagh
Dooagh mountain is the highest point around Manorhamilton and is also the longest and toughest climb. It would rank as a Category 2 hill in a stage race, being 5km at 7%. At the summit there is a 360 degree view that extends as far as the eye can see. The surface is tarred except for the summit, but the gradient and some loose gravel makes this more suitable for mountain bikes.

Head east 2.5km on the N16 and turn left for Cherrybrook. The road starts to rise almost immediately. Continue for 3km and look for the right turn that takes you up Dooagh. This section is very steep and takes you out onto the mountain plateau.
